ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS 🐾
Your new companion will have a head to tail vet exam, Health Certifications(if applicable), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchip, 1 year health guarantee*, and AKC registrations applications. Every puppy also leaves with a sample of the puppy food it is currently eating to help transition to a food of your choice or you can choose to keep them on that food.
We believe puppies should enjoy being puppies, while also getting a strong, positive start in life. Around 7 weeks of age, we begin gently introducing early crate training, potty training, and basic obedience foundations. These early lessons are simple and encouraging, helping puppies build confidence and healthy habits before heading to their new homes.
Before that stage, they are already learning important skills from their mom, including how to use a doggy door. From a very young age, we focus on healthy stimulation and socialization. Our puppies are introduced to a variety of textures like grass, carpet, stones, and cement, as well as different toys and everyday household sounds. These experiences help them grow into confident, adaptable companions.
As they grow, we continue building on those early foundations. Leash introductions are done gently and positively, simply helping them get comfortable with the feel of a collar and leash.
Our children are very involved in loving, handling, and socializing the puppies from birth. This daily interaction plays a huge role in raising well adjusted, family ready companions.
We want bringing your puppy home to be as smooth and stress free as possible. If you are unable to pick up your sweet new addition at our home, we are happy to help arrange safe transportation options for you.
Families are always welcome to meet us in person at our home. We also offer ground transportation and airport meet ups at Fort Wayne or South Bend for an additional fee.
If you choose ground transport, we work with Furry Trails, a trusted transporter. You will pay them directly upon delivery. Pricing depends on your location and typically ranges between $300 and $500.
We also offer airport meet ups at Fort Wayne or South Bend for $175.
If you prefer to meet more than 20 miles from our home, a travel fee will apply. We do not travel more than one hour from our home for meet ups. If meeting one hour away, the travel fee is $150.
We understand that every family’s situation is different, and we are happy to talk through the best option for safely getting your puppy from our arms to yours.

We verify that every puppy is healthy, and ready for his/her new family. Every puppy is current on vaccinations, deworming, and the customer is being given a hard copy of all vaccinations, deworming, and the vet exam. This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health which has been verified by a certified veterinarian. The 1 year health guarantee guarantees against any genetic diseases/disorders. The customer(buyer) shall provide proper nutrition, vet care, shelter, and exercise, along with socialization, and obedience. In the event of any genetic diseases/disorders within the first year, a veterinary statement of diagnosis and x-rays must be given to Kamar Pets. Upon confirmation of a diagnosis a replacement puppy of equal value/breed or a refund will be given. Kamar pets may request that 2 certified veterinarians confirm the same diagnosis. Kamar pets is not responsible for reimbursement for veterinary expenses, reimbursement for air transport or return, external parasites, such as ticks, fleas, or ear mites, or internal parasites, such as intestinal worms, or their effects (as internal parasites are a normal occurrence in dogs of any age and do need to be regularly treated for them).
