Welcome to Kamar Pets. By accessing our website, communicating with us, placing a deposit, or purchasing a puppy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
 

1. General Information
 

Kamar Pets is a family operated breeding program located in Millersburg, Indiana. All information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and may be updated at any time without notice.
 

We reserve the right to modify pricing, availability, policies, and procedures as needed.
 

2. Deposits & Payments
 

A deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
 

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
• Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price.
• Final payment is due before or at the time of pickup or delivery.
 

Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in forfeiture of the deposit and the puppy becoming available to another family.
 

3. Pricing

All puppy prices are subject to change until a deposit is received. Once a deposit has been placed, the agreed purchase price for that specific puppy is locked in.
 

Shipping, travel, and transportation costs are separate from the listed puppy price unless stated otherwise.
 

4. Health Guarantee

All puppies are sold with a written health guarantee. Details regarding coverage, requirements, and limitations are outlined in the signed Purchase Agreement.
 

Failure to comply with the terms of the Health Guarantee may void coverage.
 

5. Veterinary Responsibility
 

The buyer agrees to:
 

• Have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery.
• Provide proper ongoing veterinary care.
• Maintain an appropriate vaccination schedule.
 

Kamar Pets is not responsible for veterinary expenses incurred after the puppy leaves our care, except as specifically outlined in the written Health Guarantee.
 

6. Transportation & Delivery
 

Families are welcome to pick up their puppy at our home in Millersburg, Indiana. We also offer transportation options at an additional cost.
 

If ground transportation or airport meet-up is arranged, the buyer is responsible for associated fees.
 

Once the puppy is in the care of a licensed transporter, Kamar Pets is not responsible for travel delays due to weather, airline schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
 

7. Puppy Availability

Puppy availability is not guaranteed until a deposit has been received.
 

Kamar Pets reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy if we believe it is not in the best interest of the puppy.
 

8. Lifetime Responsibility

If at any point the buyer is unable to care for the dog, the buyer agrees to contact Kamar Pets. We encourage responsible rehoming and may request the puppy be returned rather than surrendered to a shelter.
 

Kamar Pets is not required to reimburse the purchase price or expenses if the puppy is returned.
 

9. Limitation of Liability
 

Kamar Pets is not liable for:
 

• Injuries or illnesses occurring after the puppy leaves our care
• Stress-related conditions
• Environmental exposure after transfer
• Indirect or incidental damages
 

Once ownership transfers, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy.
 

10. Website Content
 

All text, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of Kamar Pets and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
 

11. Governing Law
 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be handled within the State of Indiana.
 

12. Agreement
 

By placing a deposit, signing a purchase agreement, or purchasing a puppy from Kamar Pets, the buyer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
