We want you to feel confident and comfortable when bringing your puppy home.

 

Here’s a breakdown of our health guarantee.

First Vet Visit

After you bring your puppy home, you agree to have them checked by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours. This visit is at your expense.

​

Please send us a copy of the vet’s health report within those 72 hours. If we do not receive that report, the health guarantee will no longer be valid.

​

This step protects both you and us and ensures your puppy starts off healthy.

​

Our 1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We guarantee your puppy against serious genetic conditions for the first 12 months of life.

​

If, within that first year, your puppy is diagnosed with a severe genetic disorder that makes them unsuitable as a companion pet or requires euthanasia, and this is confirmed by two qualified veterinarians (one chosen by us), we will:

​

• Replace your puppy with another of equal value within 18 months 

 

OR

• Refund your original purchase price (shipping and veterinary expenses are not included)

​

In either case, the puppy must be returned to us.

​

Any return transportation, testing, or veterinary expenses related to this process are the responsibility of the buyer.

What We Need From You

If a health concern arises, you agree to provide full documentation including test results, veterinary reports, and contact information for your veterinarian.

To keep the health guarantee valid, you must:

​

• Provide proper veterinary care
• Keep your puppy at a healthy weight
• Avoid over-vaccinating
• Provide a healthy diet
• Ensure proper exercise and safe living conditions

​

Neglect, improper care, or failure to meet these responsibilities will void the health guarantee.

What Is Not Covered

​

We cannot guarantee against illnesses or conditions that occur after your puppy leaves our care. This includes:

​

• Parasites (internal or external)
• Giardia
• Coccidia
• Ringworm
• Canine influenza
• Pneumonia
• Hepatitis
• Stress-related conditions
• Other viruses or illnesses contracted after leaving us

​

Sometimes puppies experience stress when moving to a new home, which can temporarily weaken their immune system. This is why we ask that you do not change their food for at least one week after pickup. Keeping their routine stable helps reduce stress.

​

We do everything possible to raise puppies in a clean, healthy, and safe environment, but once they leave us, their exposure to new environments is beyond our control.

​

Lifetime Responsibility

If at any time during your puppy’s life you are unable to care for them, you agree to either return the puppy to us or ensure they are properly rehomed.

​

We are not required to reimburse the purchase price or expenses if the puppy is returned.

Our goal is to ensure every puppy we raise is safe and cared for for life.
